Custard Apple

Creamy, sweet, and custard-like, custard apples have a soft, fragrant pulp with tropical notes of banana, pineapple, and vanilla.

  • SEPTEMBER - FEBUARY

    • Room temperature (20–25 °C) | 2–4 days (until ripe)

    • Refrigerated (8–10 °C, ripe) | 3–5 days

    • Refrigerated (0–5 °C, pulp) | 1–2 days

    • Ripen at room temp until soft to the touch, then refrigerate.

    • Consume quickly once cut.
