    • Room temperature (20–25 °C) | 3–5 days (ripe)

    • Refrigerated (12–14 °C, whole) | 5–7 days (skin darkens, flesh stays good)

    • Refrigerated (0–5 °C, peeled) | 1–2 days

    • Keep at room temp to ripen. Refrigerate once ripe to slow softening.

    • Avoid storing near ethylene-sensitive fruits.
