  • NOVEMBER - MARCH

    • Room temperature (20–25 °C) | 3–5 days (until ripe)

    • Refrigerated (5–7 °C, ripe whole) | 5–7 days

    • Refrigerated (0–5 °C, cut) | 1–2 days

    • Ripen at room temp, then refrigerate. Cover cut avocado to reduce browning.
